IN CHARACTER
Name: Peter Parker
Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Canon Point: Mid 'Spider-Man: Homecoming', between knocking himself out in the truck and waking up in the DODC.
Age: Still 15, but getting close to 16?
History: bless u main characters
Personality:
Abilities/Skills: MCU wiki. (plus previous memories in game)
Strengths/Weaknesses: (Strengths obvs include everything listed under 'powers and abilities' on that wiki thing, but he's... spider-man, so i don't wanna make you read obvious stuff over and over again.) Scientifically minded, Peter is good with most applied sciences relating to chemistry, physics, or engineering. Personally, he is a hell of an optimistic thinker, and is typically very eager to prove to people that even though he's only fifteen, he can still play with the big boys. Unfortunately, being fifteen means that he's lacking in pretty much all the life experience that comes with maturity and time, and his naivete can cause him problems on occasion. Additionally, he is fairly impressionable, and sometimes might work a little too hard to gain someone's approval.

Peter Parker – how do I begin to describe Peter Parker?
I certainly wouldn't start off by mentioning his sense of personal responsibility, something that motivates him to help people in whatever capacity he can, because in his words, "When you can do the things that I can, but you don't... and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you." For the most part, he seems to accept this on a level that's more or less healthy, neither feeling the world resting on his shoulders, nor flippantly electing to half-ass his efforts while shit goes down around him. Peter Parker whole-asses everything, and is very strongly guided by a clearer idea of right and wrong than just about any other hero we see within this universe. At this point in his life, he has already lost not only his parents, but his uncle as well, in addition to the usual problems of the American teenager, and yet he still maintains youthful optimism and eagerness.
Next, I'd never say anything about how – aside from periodically stopping bank robbers and swinging through the city like some sort of urban Tarzan – he lives the life of a normal teenager. Friendly, but on the shyer side and a little awkward, Peter can stumble over his sentences occasionally when surprised or otherwise flustered. He worries about his homework, is interested in girls, and cares very much for his Aunt May – in fact his decision to keep his identity a secret is more or less wholly due to not wishing to upset her, along with likely his general disinclination to the spotlight. Additionally, throwing back to his sense of integrity and responsibility, he refuses to use his recently gained abilities to benefit himself socially, as "I couldn't then so I shouldn't now." Rather than being a superhero who has to learn to become part of a team, Peter enters the game as a team player from the beginning, and he considers the effects his actions could have on those around him to a point a bit more frequent than some of his adult counterparts.
There's also clearly nothing to reference in regards to his intelligence and clear interest in science. Attending Midtown School of Science and Technology, Peter is advanced enough to scavenge minor electronic devices and build his own web-shooters, as well as creating and manufacturing the web serum he uses them in conjunction with. During the fight at the airport, he was clearly impressed and interested in both Barnes' metal arm and Sam Wilson's Falcon gear, in between beating them both hand-to-hand-to-web, and otherwise chattering away like he was just on some sort of extra-violent school field trip for one.
Once he feels a little more comfortable, it's clearly obvious that Peter is a very playful and energetic individual. He's chided several times during the airport battle for effectively just talking non-stop during a.... fight... and in general he seems to be really enjoying himself for most of it, eager to help, excited to be included, and somewhat easily distracted by things he finds interesting. He's the one who comes up with the idea to topple Giant Man, from "that really old movie [...] with the walking thingies". Perhaps a downside to this is that such exuberance is largely due to his age. Calling Empire Strikes Back a "very old movie" is frankly horrifying, and he states outright that he's trying to "impress Mr. Stark" with his actions. Additionally, he appears to be involved in the fight purely because Tony asked him to be on his side – he tells Captain America at the beginning that he's a big fan, and when Steve asks him why he's involved at all, Peter reiterates something Tony told him rather than having an opinion of his own. In fact, he spends the vast majority of the fight trying to impress basically all of the adults around him, proving that he deserves to be there and is a valuable hero in his own right.
So if I were to describe Peter Parker, I'm not sure what I'd use, but it definitely wouldn't be any of this.
Honestly I'd add to this but the only thing his development in Homecoming did was add maybe two seconds to his occasional sort of deliberation, so. (that's not true, but it's. also somehow not totally inaccurate.)
